I just got back from a long day training Mona. Thank you Quinn for telling me about Phil Hollcher. This club is much better than the other one. We started at 7:30 AM with tracking and then went on to obedience as well as protection. We finished at 3:30PM and Mona loved it. It was also nice to hear people say what a great bloodline Mona comes from. The decoy worked with Amanda and Voss and said Voss is an amazing specimen. Well I just wanted to share and (GOOD LUCK !!!) to everyone at the show.

Well I bought the 1st DVD in Ivan's series. It's very good and his theories make a lot of sense. I just wish it showed you how to apply them more. I guess that's in the next one, I'm going to have to wait a little before I buy the next one. I have been spending a lot on training tools.

A little update for Kimmy. Mona's training is doing well she needs to get used to the heat a little more, she's spoiled in the A/C all the time. We are doing well with her focus except when she heels. She heels fine , just not looking at me. Otherwise when she's sitting, or in a down she stares at me right in the eyes. Her protection instincts are good, if they tease her or try to get close to me with an aggressive posture she let's them have it. But after the training the decoy pets her and she rolls on her back, so her temperament is A+.

im so upset with ivans business they have a whole bunch of trainers and still never got back to me, then last week they had a trainer bring in the yorkie of theirs that i groom for them, she had no idea what they wanted done "agian" so i said have carrie call me.....they sent a message, i dont understand, i felt avoided, the trainer said she would relay a message to her about bronx they were going to do an evaluation on a wednesday then NOPE never called me back with a time!! i gave up bronx is enrolled thre ipoc in lakeland where he can get titles up to ud, its not the best but dammit we have a voice...... thank you!! ps im mad lol can you tell, i was told if i had a malinaous id of been called back right away, said he does not favor rottweilers ...ahhh whatever im over it

Sheena I think its time for you and I to start going to training with Connie team in Plant City and Amanda's team in Groveland.  I need to get off my ass and just GO...so please be my push person and lets go and do some stuff with the children...

i would go with you because im sure if we were overlooked you would throw daggers at them  , id sit in the back with the dogs just in case lol....im willing to go anytime what days again you let me kno and ill come get you if you want...i just seen you hair...very sharp!! also seen lucia she has an amazing face her markings are crisp, shes a very pretty female!! im going to hopefully see you sunday in orlando if you have time can you send me directions or and address so i can map quest it?

If you are looking for a good book on Schutzhund,, may I recommend the book "Schutzhund, theory and traing methods" by susan barwig and stewart hilliard. Its a very in-depth book and will take you thru bh and sch i they also have a second book titled "advanced Schutzhund" for sch II and III. The first book has a lot of good training tips on tracking, and basic obedience once you get thru all the theory and start around page 106 or so can be ordered thru books a million for about $26,, I have used them for years and still always refer to them.

Mona's training is getting better. Her bite is 10 times better than it was when we started. She has a lot of fun with it.
