Hello to all on the message boards. I'm a newbie to the site and relatively new to the world of show dogs. I've owned rottweilers in the past , but never got into shows. I've recently completed my schooling as a pet dog obedience instructor and am looking forward to taking what I have learned and using it in the ring and around the shows. Frodo is an Akino vd. Lauterbrucke son that I've had for 4 yrs. now and love him dearly. He's only been to two shows , the first time he was shown by someone I like to call a mentor to me in the breeding and training business. The second time by me. WOW !! I was NERVOUS ! Had a blast and got a "V" rating. Now , I'm addicted. Hate that it took me thirty years to figure out that I'd like to make a career out of training and showing dogs. But I've got my feet wet now and am ready to dive right in. So I'm open to any and all advise that would benefit me as well as the dogs I'm working with .

lmao ! That's funny. I was never a Lord of the rings fan. I got him at 22 months old , so he was stuck with the name. And it fits. He's a character. lol. Frodo vom Ulsenbach says hello to all.
